The Bernese Mountain Dog, called in German the Berner Sennenhund, is a 1:24 Scale breed of dog, handcrafted by Alice Zinn, measures 1 1/2" high and is 2 1/2" long from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail. One of four varieties of Swiss Mountain Dog, the Bernese Mountain Dog is the only variety that possesses a long, silky coat. A hardy dog that thrives in cold weather, the "Bernerﾒs" intelligence, strength and agility helped him perform the drafting and droving work in the mountainous region where he originated.
